Code of Conduct

Introduction


Code of Conduct applies to all employees, including the founders of the Kananaskis Security Company.

Code of Conduct are the principles in which all members of Kananaskis Security company adhere to in our work, our relationships, intelligence gathering, and the properties we protect. Code of Conduct guides us to the proper direction, and helps us to navigate the ever-changing motions that are in place.

Individual motion of the code


Although all members come with an individual moral code and ethics, the company code of conduct gathers and heightens the individual awareness to the safety principles of the code of conduct. Accounts the movement through the code of conduct.

1. Own our movements, behave accordingly, and learn from our mistakes.
2. Learn and follow all procedures and standards.
3. Act accordingly to safety and security.
4. Speak up and advocate others to do the same in regards to all manners of security and safety.

Together motion of the code


1. Curiously lead others and transpire awareness of safety and security
2. Promote kindness through words and behavior.
3. Communicate safety and security in all matters.
4. Safeguard equipment, and procedures and standards.
5. Collectively be accurate with information.

Koinonia motion of the code


1. Emphasize joint participation in all areas that will benefit the community.
2. No place for workplace harassment or violence in any form.
3. Diversity and inclusion for all by actively listening with respect and dignity.
4. Promote empathy and sensitivity in all situations.
5. Do not withhold safety and security and communicate in a timely appropriate manner.

Intelligence of the code


1. Share what is necessary, “no more or no less”.
2. Create psychological safe areas in all our Kananaskis Security workspaces.
3. No place for workplace harassment or violence in any form.
4. Diversity and inclusion for all by actively listening with respect and dignity.
5. Promote empathy and sensitivity in all situations.
6. Do not withhold safety and security and communicate in a timely appropriate manner.

Guidance with the Code of Conduct


- Report findings that deem any attention in regards to ethics and compliance (resources include: Public Interest Disclosure Act).
- Report and communicate any concerns to our Kananaskis Security Management line.
